I've been looking for a way to have concession/movie theater/taco bell cheese at home for years. I took a risk with this one based on the reviews (because all of the ones for restaurant supply are double the cost plus shipping) and it is SO WORTH IT. I am a bougie, picky eater from a foodie city and this was about as dead on as I'll probably ever get outside of a concession stand. It's delicious all on its own with chips, and we made homemade crunchwrap supremes with it and it was DECADENT. The hose is not included, so we squirted some into a bowl to microwave, though I don't see why gently heating on the stove wouldn't work. The cap thing kinda goes back on, but isn't very secure. We stored ours in a gallon Ziploc with the cap thing on to keep it from drying out or contaminated from bacteria in the air and put it in the fridge. So far so good! These say they're good for 18 months on the shelf and 5 days in a machine but it's unclear how long just after opening. It's basically eating scrumptious plastic so it might last quite a while if stored properly. You could always try sticking it in the freezer! I have not attempted this and its effect on texture, however. If anyone has I would like to hear what happened.

This is it people. Real nacho cheese not that cardboard tasting stuff. I've tried soooooo many types of "nacho cheese" and nothing came close that tastes like taco bell or 711 cheese and this is the one it's almost spot on. Warm this stuff up and boom REAL ISH. My journey to find nacho cheese has ended and I am very happy. I was buying bags from a taco bell and yea I was paying an arm and a leg but come on, You need this stuff in your life. It might be a bit spicier but not over powering where you can't enjoy it. Also the shipping was fast for not being prime. I think it was maybe 3 days

We use this in our small business and it’s delicious. A little bit of spice but not to the point that your touch is on fire at all. It’s the perfect dip for pretzel’s.

Good stuff, fit right in my machine not spicy but has flavor.*UpdateGood Cheese but...They will no longer ship to my house for some reason...idk what changed but I guess I'll have to take my money elsewhere.

The cheese is perfect and taste great, it just won’t fit In my nacho cheese machine because of the nozzle.

Best cheese ever. Wish it was easier to find.
