I received an email shortly after purchase asking me to revise my review and focus on the positives on the hair. I guess my review was too honest. They promised to make changes and when the new shipment arrived they would send me one. Well it's been over a year and I never heard from the company again. The hair is extremely thin! Almost bald looking.The cut on this wig is cute. Hair is extremely soft, no funky smell and I like the natural black/brown color to it. It's not as full as I like but may work if you like a more natural look. Can also curl or put some waves in it to add more volume. Would be a cute messy bob.

When I received the hair I was scared because it appeared thin , but after all the customization I did the hair turned out amazing. The knots came looking very natural , but I went ahead and still bleached mine I also cut the wig to my desired length and flat ironed the hair. I love it. Minimum to no shedding and the hair is so soft and my bob isn’t stiff lol. I would completely recommend !

This wig is good for me... i got it originally for a frontal ponytail look for a wedding and the twelve inch worked perfectly. It’s really hot right now so i ended up wearing it. Added 3 tracks and some curls and i love it.

I love the hair. I bought 12 inch, and I cut it. The hair knots was already my roots color so I didn't have to bleach it. I only had to pluck the hair a lil. The hair is super soft.
