The Clan continues to prepare for some foreseen war between themselves and their mortal enemies, The Doomers and in the investigation into this enemy there are some revelations that will really have the pages flying. The dialogue is dark although there are many light-hearted moments and of course there are some piping hot love scenes. This series is addictive, fast paced and fun but they must be read in order.SUMMARY:Now that Bathian has found his daughter Nathalie and she is safely mated he is as determined as ever to find the one woman he never forgot, the only woman he ever loved, his true mate and Nathalie’s biological mother Eva. Easy read. It helps to read the series in order since each book picks up from the previous book. I am looking forward to the next book, Brundar’s story

I can't believe how much I am into these stories! They are so well written and constructed that they grab my imagination every time I read one and can't wait to read the next book! Each new story introduces me to a new aspect of the characters lives and how they are so intergreated together! I really can't wait to read the next one to find out the next chapter of the saga.

Another great book. The books keep you reading and coming back for more. There is love on all sides. The closeness of those in the keep melts the heart.

Oh my goodness! I have been binge reading. I am a voracious reader and cannot get enough of Children of the Gods. I. T. Lucas is a brilliant storyteller. So glad I have Kindle.You will get lost in the world of immortals and the finding of true love. I have to get back to reading the rest of the series, just thought I would take a minute to tell you how much I love these stories.Come join this author and get lost in a world of fantasy and love everlasting.

This book is a great continuation of the series. I like supporting characters much more then a central couple in this small trilogy (Dark Guardian books #11- #13). Eva & Bhathian just not that interesting to me. I rather learn more about Tessa & Jakson or keep reading about Syssi's experiments with her powers and her visions.We learn interesting facts in this book. The plot of the whole series moving along nicely as well. Ghost is back to visit Nathalie, so we might learn about the place in between life and death, and bad spirits that trying attack Nathalie in next book. Also we might have some Dormants hooking up with Immortals as well.The whole series of books reads like a TV series. The way each episode show us different characters and events, the same way we have different characters for each chapter pushing events along. The characters who were on background in the beginning, now coming upfront to play leading role in the story. So for readers who wish to start reading The Children of the Gods, I personally suggest starting from the beginning.

This wonderful series is an addictive pleasure. I love reading romance and science fiction and this is an amazing blend of them. This is book 13 so I am a fan. The author is fabulous at character development so much so that you can identify with them and their emotions. This is the third book that tells the story of immortals Eva and Bathian. They have sizzling sexual chemistry. Eva fights admitting that she loves Bathian who is so patient. The last sexual scene where they play kinky is smoking hot. I recommend readig the series in order and I am not giving away the HEA!

It was entertaining a light story just before going to bed. If there were more suspense to the story it could become a longer read. The story is good for reading on a train , let me explain myself better it is no complex storyline I feel the novelist needs do develop more. I look forward to her newer work and encourage her in building complex stories.

Well, this one was full of romances, Eva and Bhathian, Tessa, and Jackson. Bhathian and Eva are married of sorts and expecting their second child.

Poor Sissy can’t she have a baby please, I am sure her time will come but she is so vulnerable now it breaks my heart. Lor scares me and l am so worried. Thank you for the amazing read!
