Quality
I purchased this camera for more than a month. I'm quite pleased with its quality especially if you consider its price. I consistently use it to watch over my main entrance with motion detection on. It definitely helped me feel much safer while I'm at home. Thanks to its remote monitoring feature I feel relaxed while I'm away. I have to add that I'm very happy with their support. I found them very responsive and helpful. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent Customer Service
I contacted Gentle Huskies in regards to connecting the camera to my wifi. I overlooked the fact that the camera is designed to work with 2.4 internet channel, and not 5.0. My Google Wifi does not allow me to allocate wifi channels which is a requirement if you want to be able to access the camera's live video feed while away from my home. The camera still works, despite not having 2.4 connection - but the value add for me was to have the ability to view the live recording while away. Gentle Huskies was gracious to refund me for the cost of the camera with no questions asked and immediately! Thank you Gentle Huskies!
