I had initially left 1 star because I couldn’t get the radio to bind with the plane. Once I fully charged the plane battery it has worked fine.

I have this and another little cessna-like styrofoam electric RC. This one has good landing gear and a long take off roll, just like a jet. Gets a lot of attention at the elementary school playground where I operate it.However, be aware it has no rudder control. It steers by differential engine thrust. This means it only turns with any tightness when climbing. You can easily get higher and higher and find it difficult to get back into your field.It barely turns when flying level or descending, and can be hard to keep in bounds. I've lost it in trees several times and had to make up a 25 foot pole to retrieve it.A while ago the front wheel came off. Tiny thing scooted away and into the grass. No possibility of finding it. I replaced it with a button. The wheels have little end caps. You might want to glue them if they are loose.

battery was plugged into plane prior to shipping rear elevator servo arrived stuck elevator not separated from rear of plane burns out servo elevator do to bar system in plane being too big too stiff and too heavy providing far too much resistance to the elevator servo for the plane to fly basically only buy this if you intend to atleast lightly redesign parts to get it to work properly but if you know what your doing and how you want to get it going it's not too bad

I was looking for an adult model airplane kit. I bought toolkit and warranty suggested by Amazon. What my son received was a pre-assembled radio controlled styrofoam plane that crashed splitting in half on its maiden flight. BTW: My son has been laid up for more than a month with a busted knee. I thought this would be a good way to occupy his time. Whomp whooomp 👎🏾

flies good and is sturdy as ever. best practice rc plane i had. still using it today!!!

I was expecting a plane that was 4 to 5 feet not a plane 12" ..Im tired of people lying on ads and not getting the right order

We bought this but the nose cone broke off on the second landing. It is made of Styrofoam so not sturdy at all. In addition, the rear flaps are connected to a single servo - this means they can only create lift but can not make the plane turn while flying. This makes it pretty useless. We will try to return and get our money back if we can. Buyer beware.
