Absolutely disappointed!!! The phone sounded great on the description and I've sat in all day (7.30pm) it was delivered and I've just opened it to put batteries in and test it and it speaks Chinese not English!! I got this for my daughter and ordered another one for my nephew. I'm not one for complaining but I am very displeased with this item, it's also very cheaply made!! My kids speak English not Chinese and this is not stated in the item description! Total waste of time and money!!

Phone first of all is not in English, packaging is but does not say it will be in Chinese! Batteries don't last long have to keep undoing and putting them back in which is also annoying!! Even though I got Duracell ones, also when you press the buttons example for the dog it makes a cat noise haha so very badly made. It's a cheap item yes but don't waste your money on it and also delivery and have to wait to timing to come from China! Hope this helps you

My niece really like the phone. The phone is really good as it teachers number and she love the song it . I will recommend to buy this .

Really disappointed with this, only worked twice then stopped working. Have tried new batteries but still doesn’t work. Definitely wouldn’t buy again.
