Good quality and excellent customer support. I added one inch to the dimensions of my mattress while placing order. Seller didn't know it so they added another inch which resulted in very loose fitting cover. However, customer support is good. They agreed to fix it. I spilled water on it and it effectively blocked water from reaching the mattress. Bedsheet also sits nicely on it. Not creased and messy.

Really liked the product. Coveres the mattress completely and is waterproof as well.The response from Trance linen was quick when I asked them for customized size. Once they had dispatched, they let me know and told me to approach them if I need any assistance. So I was happy with both the product and the service.The package was delivered on the third day of placing the order.

I bought a king customized size for my aged mother. I live in USA and the material and stitching quality is as good as similar products available there. In fact the price may be less here. There is an option here to customize the size which is very convenient as my mother’s mattress is old and that size isn’t available these days. It fitted perfectly. Delivery was well in time in fact before expected.The only problem I faced was in contacting the seller to customize my size. For some reason that took many attempts and several phone calls to AMAZON before I could do so.Overall I’m very satisfied with my product.If it helps to protect against bed bugs I’ll be 100% satisfied.

I finally ordered this after extensive research on various online portal for my 78×72×6 inch mattress.Communication with seller was easy for customisation of mattress protector.Shipping was too fast and I got the product 4 days prior to scheduled date.Quality of mattress protector is good but not excellent, but I m satisfy with that.Fitting is too perfect... I m totally happy with this product.Thanks a lot to seller and Amazon.

Fits well doesn't seem to be tight like other protectors, Fabric seems to be of good quality and a must buy for people with expensive mattresses like mine in order to safe guard. Also the white color helps in good aesthetic appeal when your bed sheets move away etc.

Completely unhappy, received a defective piece. It was torn at edge. Major disappointment. Slowly it has started to worn out in just 2 days.

A great protector. Safe to use and fitted our king size mattress like a glove.. seems better than the ones I bought from abroad, hope to have many years of use
