I bought this for my son when I remodeled his bedroom. I got one in at first and the product came broken. It made me feel a little disappointed in the beginning and it felt kind of scammy, but I contacted the vendor and he changed my mind immediately. I returned the broken product and within a week I had another one sitting on my porch. I love this dresser so far! And so does my son. It’s definitely a space saver!

Obviously, buying something like this you kind of expect it to not be the best quality from the start. But opening an undamaged box and finding wood pieces broken off and chipped finish was not expected. Also, the screw caps that hide the external screws were the wrong size so are basically trash.Attempted to contact amazon and the manufacturer about this issue (maybe looking for a partial refund because I can fix the issues but I want to be compensated for my time and parts required to do so...not to mention it is already in the basement and out of the box). I have gotten nowhere. I have been hung up on and chats closed out so many times now I am pretty much to the point of giving up on that idea. So I built the thing as it was and that process was worse than IKEA furniture.WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

I know it is odd that I would give this a five-star rating with only one-star for ease of assembling. I am a senior woman trying to assemble this armoire myself. The main parts were simply too heavy (and confusing) for me to work with. So, I asked for a refund. This company went above and beyond, in a short period of time, to resolve this for me. This is one of the best customer support people I have ever come across.

I was a bit leery ordering this cabinet based on the other reviews, but I'm glad I did. The color is beautiful. I ordered the mahogany and it's true to color. The cabinet is spacious (I'm using it as food pantry), and holds a lot of items. I don't think I would use it as a wardrobe, but you could as long as you didn't hang items that were too heavy..Here is my take:Things I loved: It was very well packed and didn't have a scratch on it when I received it. All the pieces were there and they all were labeled, even the hardware (be sure to do an inventory before you start). The directions were a lot better than previous reviews reported. I've put together a lot of pieces recently and Hodedah's directions were one of the better ones. The cabinet I ordered was mahogany and it was true to color, it's very pretty.Thing that made we want to drink: It's the nature of the beast, but you have to very careful handling the material. I dinged the wood a few times. It's not a big deal, but just be really careful when putting it together. The hidden hinges are pain the neck. Every piece of furniture seems to come with them now, but I hate them. I can never seem to get the doors to line up perfectly and my floors aren't exactly even. In any event, take your time putting the doors on. Also, take care when putting the back on. It tends to slip and misalign and will be noticeable when you lift it up. The one part of the unit I didn't like is the handles. They were the hardest part to put on and I ended up ordering new, different color handles that look much better.Overall, it's a great unit. Just be careful putting it together and take extra care when putting on the doors.

The media could not be loaded.  At first glance, it looks good, but when you start to look closer, you notice a lot of faults/issues.The structure itself is not sturdy. It leans to one side which causes other issues. We had to wedge something under the bottom left corner to straighten it. Without that, it leans to the side, makes the doors uneven, and causes the left door to rub at the top as you open and close it. One of the top screws we received was defective and unusable, which probably added to the overall instability. It did take some time to assemble, but it was relatively easy to do. The only issue were that some cracks and breakages were very noticeable and we had to color them in with black marker and I’m not sure why it chips so easily. The worst thing is that it is not deep enough to hang adult hangers. The length of the hanger is too long for the depth of the structure so when you hang adult clothes, you have to hang them at an angle which minimizes the use of the space. That’s very disappointing.

So I posted a video so you can exactly what your getting I got it to hang clothing in that would not fit in my closet and it has shirts hanging in the display picture as I posted however the top shelf doesn’t allow even regular shirts to hang without being wrinkled. I am afraid if you fill it full it may tip it is not very sturdy also it has cosmetic damage as you will see in my video. The cabinet itself is to much weight for the box it ships in there fore it has damage I’m hoping from shipping but for a cheaper cabinet it does kinda work

very shoddy product, poor quality, came with pieces falling off that I had to glue back on and scuff marks and scratches all over it. Description says that you can hang clothes in it when in reality it's not even deep enough to hang a standard clothes hanger and still be able to shut the door. you might be able to hang children's clothes with child size hangers that's about it. Don't waste your money spend a little extra and buy something nice and make sure that the measurements are what you need.

The company send everything in the box but the delivery company broke the box and it broke a panel. But I thank the company the send the panel right away, very good company if you have any issues they will respond fast.

The laminate finish smells awful. I am a journeyman carpenter, I built it well, despite that it is wobbly, when you open and close the doors it shakes and moves.
