Cracking Knife
I have had this knife for a few weeks now and, considering the money paid, cannot complain. The balde was not the sharpest on arrival but just a few runs with the sharpner and it became razor sharp. Its light and comfortable to hold. The Lock is strong and it opens fast and easy. The blade is strong and the handle is sturdy. All in all a cracking addition to my tool kit.

Seems ok, not tried cutting anything yet though
Like the locking feature, like the look of it, came pretty sharp but will test it on some paracord later on, smaller than I expected but good pocket knife

Well made and sharp!
Having read some other reviews on this knife I was a little dubious about its functioning and capabilities, but I took a chance and am well pleased that I did so.I read that some people expected this knife to simply 'flick' open. Due to the blade being kept closed by the tension of a small leaf spring this is not how it works. On the back of the blade there is a protusion, you just need to use your fourfinger to press it down and the blade rotates open easily. You can also press lightly to release the spring tension and then flick your wrist to open.To close is pretty much the reverse. The protusion used to open it is now at the base of the exposed blade. Turn your hand over so the sharp edge faces up, fold your thumb across the opening just below the protusion and push the tab aside, unlocking the blade. Use another finger on the back of the blade to start it closing. The protusion now actes as a finger guard so you don't close the sharp edge on your finger. Remove thumb from the release catch and fold closed. It's much simpler than it sounds. With normal dexterity you will be opening and closing this knife in one hand in no time at all.As for the handle, it feels solidly made and is just the right size to grasp with all four fingers and each side of it (called scales I believe) it of a decent thickness while the edges of the handle material have been rounded and smoothed to provide surprising comfort and grip. The belt catch feels nice and tight ans well as strong and unlike many similar products the belt catch can moved to the opposite side of the knife for left handed users. Though you will need an extremely small Torx (star-shaped) screwdriver. This size are not generally availlable as standard as part of a tool kit but can be readily purchased. Just search for 'delicate torx', fine torx', 'small torx' etc.The blade itself was sharp straight from the pack it arrived in. The matte black coating in attractive with just the actual edge being, of course, silver in colour. The only other relief is the Camillus name inscribed on one side. Unlike many cheap folding knives there is absolutely no play or wiggle in the blade when open. Everything in tight enough to keep it closed but loose enough that you can use just one finger or your thumb to whip the blade into the open position. The only thing I cannot review yet is the durability of the edge, due to the fact I have only just purchased it. But using all the other points I mentioned above as a guide I expect this knife (with proper care, cleaning and sharpening) to last a good long time.I can highly recommend this knife for general use. Ideal to add to your fishing or camping gear.PLEASE NOTE:Because this knife locks open it is ILLEGAL as an EVERY-DAY carry unless you have a good reason such as camping, fishing or the need for it as a work tool. The blade itself is within the UK legal limit however, so it is only the fact it 'locks' that makes it subject to the law.

Good solid knife
The media could not be loaded. Does not require the second wrist flick like some people think it needs. Overall very goo.

Very nice can't complain at all
This knife came razer sharp cuts paper like a hot knife through butter its easy to flick open and easy to close different closing mechanism then I'm used to but won't take long to remember nice shape and no jagged edges I recommend I intend using mine for fishing and when I go hunting but do not take this out in the street it is not legal to carry at all but other then that it's perfect.

Great little knife
This is a great little knife, it flicks out easily, but you wouldn't do it by accident. The amount of pressure needed means you have to want to open the knife but it's easy to do with one hand.It is very sharp straight out of the packaging, though not razor sharp as some have said. It's not sharp enough to shave with. But it's sharp enough to get through most things. The handle seems nice and grippy. I was worried that the pocket clip might get in the way or irritate my hand when I hold it but it really doesn't.I wish it had a window striker on the base of it, but it's a lot cheaper than other knives so I can't really complain at a lack of features. The lock in the handle is very effective and the blade has absolutely no play when it is it out. It's easy to put the blade away one handed without risk of cutting yourself. You can get better knives by spending a lot more, but it could well be the best value for money knife out there.

Well made and works a treat
Bought this for having around the house to open boxes and parcels. Seems solid, the opening mechanism is satisfying and has been great so far.
