Beautiful and portable
I've been wanting one of these for a very long time and I finally got it! The idea is superb: a guitar you can take with you anywhere, play anywhere, even without electricity, just me and my stetophone, merrily playing around. The quality is great and the thing is a beaut to look at. It complements my electrical guitar because I can do fingerstyle parts with it.

A FINE INSTRUMENT!!!!!
I was in search of a good guitar that was both portable and has good quality of sound. I happened to come across this guitar and immediately fell in love with the shape and color. The sound quality and the overall feel of this instrument is breathtaking!

Great, if only 1/4" jack was deep enough
This is just a great, well constructed, and exceedingly well designed travel guitar. Highlights below.+ Full length, wood fretboard.+ Real strings (this one comes with D'Addario strings pre-installed).+ Solid, wood body.+ Decent volume without plugging it in or using the stethoscope.+ Stethoscope is just a really clever idea and works quite well when playing acoustic.+ 1/4" jack that does fit a Vox AC30 portable headphone amp for playing electric.+ Guitar strap attachment so you can play standing up.+ Wooden attachment so you can put it on your leg to play sitting down, which is comfortable and sturdy.+ Wooden lap attachment can be stowed in a more compact position for travel.+ Easy to tune (and I think all six strings tighten by turning the knobs clockwise).+ Nice travel case with padding, a pouch to store the stethoscope and anything else you need, carry handles and a shoulder strap.+ Overall, just a nice, clean, stylish, well thought out design.+ Very solid and nice construction and fit/finish.- The 1/4" jack is a little tight due to the location and the cable that comes out close to it.- When I plugged the Vox AC30 in, it wouldn't go in quite all the way until it securely clicks so sometimes it was slowly come out while playing. Same thing happened with a 1/4" cable that I used to attach it to my amp. Minus 1 star for this annoyance.- Relatively heavy since it's wood which isn't ideal for traveling, but it should make it sturdier too.- Relatively expensive. This travel guitar is not cheap but it is so well designed, constructed, functional, and so easy to take with you when you travel that it is easily worth the rather steep cost (more expensive than my Yamaha A1R acoustic/electric). This is especially useful for novice guitarists who need to practice and keep their fingers agile and callouses hard when traveling. In short, this is an incredible device based on a great idea with great execution. Only issue is the slightly "sorry/shallowl 1/4" jack.Still, highly recommended!

Great guitar
Great little guitar, not the cheapest but if you pair it with a 2.4 or 5.8 ghz wireless adapter and a speaker like the 6" Samson express you get a 75W cordless system that is decent but not overpriced and really small

Out of the Box In Tune
I am overdue writing this review. It’s been some years eyeing up this company, and I’m glad I finally went for it. First of all, this solid instrument showed up in tune (with itself, slightly flat), and I played it for an HOUR right out of the box. Freaky how well the piezo gives it an acoustic sound. The single coil is decent quality. I most often play with a blend of the 2. Again, solid craftsmanship and intonation is on point. After a few Initial tunings, this little freak has held strong after countless hours of play. I have no hesitation or concern gigging it out.

Overpriced, otherwise I like the neck and fretboard, set up for ease of play
Great if you travel and practice. Nice set up, plays easy. Expensive

Worth it
This is one of lightest, smallest and stylistically captivating guitars I have ever seen or had the pleasure to play. Add some .09’s or lighter, gives it a lightening action to rival much of the best instruments available. FYI careful attention to the restringing sequence must be paid. The strings are tuned in a circular fashion around the body of the guitar, if the 3 lightest are restrung first one must start with the high E, however when one is restringing the bass 3, one must first put on the low E, then the A and so on. (In mirror fashion).

Bof

This is not a toy
I have had this guitar for about a week now, and these are my early thoughts (full disclosure, I have only been playing for about 3 years). The good: It may look like a bit of a toy, but this is a very well made piece of gear. The components are high quality and it is well put together. It feels nice to play, and the action and intonation are very good. It is a little tricky to tune...fiddly really, but the good thing is that I have barely had to touch the tuning in a week. The not so good: The sounds it produces are rather thin, but given that it has almost no mass, you really would have to expect that. An eq of some kind, or effect peddle is an easy fix. It is a very light guitar, and it has a tendency to jiggle around a bit. An experienced player probably would not worry about this too much, but as a beginner, I find it a distraction. Using a strap, even when sitting helps a lot. My only really negative comment is that it is made in China. I really had the impression from the advertising and manufacturer's blurb that it was made in the US. Not that being made in China makes it junk...far from it. China has some of the most modern facilities in the world, and if they make the product using quality components, and to the company's specs, then you will get a fine instrument. Nonetheless, it was a disappointment to see the rather dominant 'Made in China' stamp on the back.

Works well. flexible options.
this is an amazing product. I have a wish. With the guitar bag, i wouldnt of minded a velcro folded or unzippable extention for if i wanted to leave the guitar set up in the bag. you can play it in stow away postion, but still. I would of gladly payed a bit more for a more premium bag. now I have to build my own for what i want. But i am very impressed with how small and light everything is and the guitar itself. i do think the mono port is an odd possition next to the wiring. I have an effects block connection for portable practice, that squeezes against this so i bought a variety of extenders to prevent damaging it. you can't have everything you want but this is a great start.. thankyou very much
