Outdoor Innovations South Beach 7-Piece All Weather Wicker Fire Dining Set

I debated long a hard about whether to purchase this product directly from Amazon (and pay over $200 more in taxes) or buy it through a third party amazon seller and save the taxes. The problem is that the vendor, 'My Patio My Way', did not have any reviews at all, and in fact had just starting selling on Amazon. To me it seemed like a big risk but in the end I figured its covered through Amazon A-Z guarantee so I could always make a claim if product was defective or something, but who wants to go through the hassle, right. Anyway, frugality got the better of me and I chose to purchase through third party and here is my experience:Delivery: Delivery of this was actually pretty good. I ordered it on July 3rd and had it delivered on July 15. Word of caution though. Due to weight, this product is delivered through freight carrier so they will schedule appointment for delivery. Make sure you have someone, with muscles, available to help you out. The delivery guy was just one guy and he had a lot of trouble getting the pallet to my garage area, I had to help him. And that's pretty much where they leave this large pallet with three heavy boxes wrapped in plastic. Its up to you to get it where you want to. Fortunately for me I did have someone available to help me and even then it was quite a workout getting everything down to my deck area. Unless you're Conan the barbarian, you have to tear the plastic wrap and carry each box one at a time. Being on a hillside made it that much worse. I know some freight delivery companies offer 'white glove' service delivery (for added fee) but when they called to schedule my delivery, it was not offered; but I did not ask either.Installation: This is another area where you have to be careful. It took me more than an hour to put this thing together, and you do need help to do it too. The instructions are not very good in that they don't explain each step in detail. They give you general instructions and some pictures but if you don't have experience putting things together yourself, you may find it somewhat difficult putting this together.Missing items: There are to items that were missing from the order. First, a bolt and washer was missing. I'm very careful in putting these things together but the installation requires an additional bolt and washer that was not included in the included tool kit. The second item missing was the bottom floor of the table. In the installation instruction, it indicates that the bottom floor of the table has a wicker panel. However, no such wicker panel was included. Not that big of a deal because you can't see it anyway but it left me wondering if the instructions were printed incorrectly of if there really should be a wicker panel at the bottom of the table.Overall the dinning set is pretty nice. The chairs and pillows are pretty comfortable and the marble table (not quality marble though) is a nice touch. You can see the marble does have defects but at least its all in one piece. I have not tried the burner (because its summer) but I'm looking forward to using it once the weather cools. That's the part I really liked about this table and hopefully it will not burn up on me when I try it. I'll try and update this review once I use the fire pit.

Absolutely beautiful furniture! We finally were able to use our table for the first time last night and it was wonderful! The packing on this item was superb! Nothing broken, torn, damaged. Very quality set! We love it! Thank you! We also purchased the Bellamar 6 piece the features an outdoor sofa, 2 chairs, to side tables and a gorgeous fire pit table! Love that too!

just got it. easy to put together but directions not real clear. just lit it up for 1st time. was going fine but then made a strange whoosing sound. I noticed flame below the fire base. I turned off asap
