Received the new battery, packaging was good. Battery pretty much looks identical to the OEM Dell but without the logo. Unplugged the old battery held the power button on the computer for over 30 seconds to drain residual power left in the system and installed the new battery. Battery was not detected so took apart the computer again unplugged it and the CMOS battery this time and held the power button for over a min. plugged it all back in and the system recognizes the battery now. battery holds a charge well but is smaller Capacity. Battery should of been a 30 WH but the Design Capacity in windows only shows it at 28.5WH. Overall the battery is much better than the 3 year old battery that was in there but time will tell how long this one last.

Better than the original. My OEM Lenovo battery was 11.4 v and this is 11.25v. The bottom of screen doesn't get hot anymore. So far there isn't any battery degradation yet either. With the OEM battery it would lose 10% within the first week. Will update later if anything changes.

Battery arrived with a substance (glue?) on the wires going into the power connection. When the power connector was attached to the motherboard receptacle, the majority of the pins pushed back out of the connector, so I am guessing the glue (?) was to hold the pins in place. That should not happen with a properly built connector.

Easy install, reset system by pulling the CMOS battery and restarting after installing the new battery. Worked great.

Leider funktioniert der Akku nicht unter Windows 11 mit dem Yoga 730-15IKB, sobald er nicht am Netz läuft lässt er sich nicht ins Windows booten.
