It is very user friendly, it is manufactured according to the need and usage purpose of kettle. It has a very long wire which let me operate the kettle very easily, i have a different brand kettle at my home but that one has a very short wire, we always get annoy using that cuz we have to reach to the socket to make that one operate, but this kitchon kettle impressed me providing such a long wire, second different thing is that the inside of the cap of. The kettle is also made up of. Stainless steel which is very intellect thing done by the manufacturer. Normal kettles has plastic inside which increases the risk. Of BPA in the water. Worse bad smell using after many days

Terrible quality. Lasted 8 months and then stopped working. No service network because of which item is required to be shipped to Jaipur post which forget about getting it back for weeks and keep your fingers crossed that they return it. My kettle was fixed but was sent back with broken lid and base plate. Don't be taken by the low cost. Better stick to known brands which offer quality after sales service.

Very bad product. Giving comment using after months. reached my requirement, but the mouth of the kettle is so sharp can harm anytime. It runs on 15 amp not regular 5 amp. The base of the kettle is made of cheep plastic. 2 Ltrs of hot water need carefulness so use 2 hands when holding with water .

Very BadFirst Impression was good but within days kettle given up.- Quality of steel is very poor.- Kettle is very thin so it is crushed like coke tin.- No Durability.- No more heating in kettle.- Plastic quality of base is also very poor.- Pathetic Product.- Really disappointed with this product

bought 2 kettle 4 months back. initially worked fine but both kettle stopped working one by one in last 1 month. contacted seller by mail and complain lodged to amazon customer care but no response from either side.product is in warranty but of no use. trying to contact manufacturer and lets see what will happen? but its not worth buying if seller do not entertain warranty.
