If installed right, they work great
Used these about a year back to make a ukulele for a client. What else can I say except they worked? They don't seem to wear down to quickly either as the gentleman plays the ukelele pretty often, and as of two months ago when I polished and fixed some scratches on it, they looked to be holding up. I'd almost say good as new. I recommend this to anyone who makes their own small string instruments.
