Awful chemical odor
I rated this one star because the paper banners were pretty. However, the balloons had an awful chemical smell that permeated throughout my entire house. We had to deflate and throw out 20 minutes after putting them up. The smell was stronger than gasoline! Do not purchase unless company changes balloons. So dangerous And noxious!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I AM SUPER ANNOYED! I blow up all the balloons and open up all the pompons and I go to put the birthday sign together and it says “happy birthRay” are you friggen kidding me right now?! $10 and I can’t even use the sign that is the whole point of the decorations. Thanks for screwing me royally! I want a refund!
