Love It! Perfect fit for 22"x22" pads! Saved my floors. Thank you. Now my dogs realize that there's an edge and steps inside the holder to pee instead of sometimes missing and doing it on the edge and then the pee seeps underneath the pad and you makes a mess! Couldn't thank you enough! I actually purchased 2. However, one had arrived broken, but the seller promptly replaced it with no issues. Great customer service. Will be recommending to other pet owner friends.

Is it perfect? No. Does it keep pee contained? Yes. Does it keep the pad from sliding around hard floors? Yes.Does it prevent a determined dog from ripping it out? No. Does it discourage a dog from ripping it out? Yes.When I'm at work, I worry my dog will rip the pad to shreds and pee randomly. With this, I have no issues Mon-Weds. and get partial ripping on Thurs and Fri when my puppy gets fed up with me leaving her. Even on days when she pulls it up, the pad is still secure on half the frame--meaning she still has a place to pee. If the pad is placed correctly, it truly is difficult for her to pull up. I've seen what she has done with loose pads (in shreds, turned upside down), and this is way better.One thing--changing it gets old. I use this only when she is contained--I keep it in her playpen for when I'm not home. She doesn't ever try to rip things when I'm with her so the pee pads around my general apartment are loose and not an issue.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I trained my puppy to go on potty pads in the house, but she would sometimes pee right on the edge and onto the carpet. I found this product and wasn't sure how she would respond to it after using the potty pads over carpet for 4 months. She wasn't sure what to make of it, so I started with just the bottom portion to let her get used to it. (If your dog doesn't have a habit of dragging the potty pads, you can just use the bottom part, it's still awesome!) After a couple of weeks of just using the bottom part, I added the top part and she didn't seem to notice. Basically: If your dog has been training on potty pads without the tray, perhaps introduce it slowly. I absolutely love this product and wish I would have bought it from the beginning!

Our puppy had no problems using the training pads, however sometimes she'd hit the edge and urine would run off the sides and under the pad. This tray had definitely helped with the issue. I was worried a bit about the sound of stepping on it as there is some space between the center of the tray and the tile floor. So I stacked a few newspapers under it and solved the issue with movement upon stepping on it. Also helped to keep the tray itself from sliding around. The 23" x 24" training pads fit perfectly without sticking out the sides or corners. Easy to remove and replace the pads. Definitely worth it and would highly recommend!

I purchased this in the hope that my puppy would stop playing with the loose pad. She was consistently using the pad, but after she played with it (wadded it up, chewed on it, turned it over completely or partially), there was no telling whether she would pee on the absorbent side or the backing, or partly on the floor. I unpacked this when it arrived today and installed a pad (by the way, the Amazon pads fit perfectly). The pad seemed to be firmly secure. My puppy immediately made it her mission to dislodge the pad from the holder. She is a persistent little terrier, and was successful, at least in her own mind. I am hoping this is just a puppy phase and that she'll eventually leave the pad where it belongs. She completely removed the first pad installed. The picture is try #2.She is at least better than my previous dog, who simply tore pee pads to shreds.

These are a hundred times better than the indoor grass set ups. We'd been using 2 of the grass ones and they were messy, smelly and SO DIFFICULT to clean. Had to be done AT LEAST once a week, the grass required multiple scrubs with disinfectant and all purpose cleaner in the shower, with SO MUCH RINSING! It killed my back and made me feel like I had pee splatter all over me. They started to smell after just a day or two but i didn't have the time or stamina to clean them more than once a week.These are AMAZING! I use the Amazon Basic Heavy Duty pads after trying several different types, and the Amazon ones are the BEST. Super absorbent, and a bit larger than most, so they fit and lock into the frame of this tray *perfectly*. I regret the money we spent on the grass type and just shelled out for two more of these, if you're potty training a pup or have a dog who can't get to the grass outside as often as they should, these are the absolute BEST OPTION!

Okay in concept, but the latches are far too easy to open. My puppy is teething and she immediately went for the latches, which flip up with almost no force and are apparently quite pleasing to gnaw on. Without any malicious intent, she works her way clockwise around the holder, which means if we aren't actively supervising her when she's near it, she could easily unlock the whole thing and go back to chewing up the pads. I expected the latches to actually require human dexterity to open rather than immediately popping open when the puppy bites it.This also did not resolve our issue with our puppy shredding the pads themselves, but short of putting a web or screen over the pad itself, that problem wasn't going to be fixed this way. Giving three stars because aside from the latches, this performs its job well and it does discourage the puppy from clawing at the thinner edge of the pad, which is protected by this holder.

This design is significantly better than the other folding tan model I bought that only has 4 little clips that hold the pad in 4 places.This has nice quality plastic that is smooth and easy to clean. (One pup already has a poo loose enough to stick to the plastic, and missed the pad by an inch - so this tray was easy to put under the tap in the tub and easily clean it.)Nice design and seem solid. I've walked on it and I don't think the main part where the pad is located will break, even with over 200 lbs on it.As you might be able to tell, this is in two pieces that clip together - a top and bottom, so the pad is held in place all around the edge. 21 x 21 inch pads work well. Larger would probably be just fine as well.

This was definitely more than I wanted to pay just for something that holds a pee pad, but I have to admit it works really well. My chihuahua is very good about peeing in on his pad but every couple of days he managed to stand right at the edge of the pad and pee on the floor, and I got tired of cleaning the floor. This holder is very easy to use and easy to clean, and the raised edge ensures he never slips up. It also assures the pad never gets flipped over, crumpled, etc. It's great.

I ordered this for my lab puppy who doesnt currently use a pad to pee, but for enjoyment while he rips it apart. It didnt not deter him from ripping it apart, even after putting several layers down. That being said, if your puppy does use a pad than this is a great product and I would recommend it. If your puppy doesnt use one and just rips it apart, dont waste your money- he will find a way lol

I was very pleased with this tray. My little dog would often pee 1/2 on the pee pad and 1/2 on the side. He is 8 years old and finally steps into this tray and pees - very little accidents, if any since we started using this tray. Highly recommend. Very durable and easy to clean. a clip on each side. Can replace a pad in a few seconds. Have recommended this product on a number of fb sites I am on.

I use this with Costco pee pads. I have to fold the pee pad over a bit to fit it into the holder but it works just fine. The clips are easy to use and feel very secure. The holder does slip around a bit on a vinyl floor, but it’s in a corner of my bathroom so doesn’t have much room to move around. The lip is low enough for my 4 pound cockapoo pup to step over easily. I added a sheet of newspaper on top since that’s what the breeder used and pup has figured out what this is all about. Very happy with this purchase.
