I have over 15 of Cathe workout tapes and this is by far one of my favorites. Perfect amount of time to devote and really works you. Loving it!!

If you work it, it works! We’re doing 3x Wk, muscle up, weight down!
Gaining muscle and losing fat… from 1 to 2 pounds a week! Working out Sunday afternoon and every Tuesday and Thursday! No pop, no artificial sweeteners, no sweets, but we ARE drinking Stevia drinks! Getting recommended daily protein and daily water (fluid)! Black coffee in the morning OK for intermittent fasting. Husband, no fasting, but wife has last food item at 10 PM then first food next day not till 11 AM. Wife also trying to somewhat follow the Mediterranean diet.

A fun workout routine
I'm in my early 60's at an intermediate level. This is indeed a low-impact workout, but you can easily make the moves more dynamic according to your ability. As always, Cathe's instruction is clear and the moves are easy to learn so you can keep up. I recommend this one - you'll see results as it's a good blend of cardio for calorie burn and weights for toning.

Short workout, fast-paced enough, lots of sweat, not the usual challenge.
I have mixed feelings about this DVD... The price for the main routine: Basically half an hour of a new routine, then a longer than usual stretch-- and when you pretty much already have all the bonuses on another Lite DVD... Is this a good workout? Sure. Is it challenging like Supercuts, or even Flex Train? Nope. As someone with a rotator cuffs injury, I find this to be quite re-hab like, and except for the scare-crow exercises and other floor rotator cuff exercise, I have to up my weights a whole lot to make this a usual Cathe workout. I feel like this is a routine as usual, let's get it done--- there is not a ton of enthusiasm in there, although everyone is smiley and professional. The moves are easy to learn, yet they change a lot, the speed is fast enough, and some of the moves are new, and absolutely great for working with balance. If you are looking for that, there is that type of exercising in there. With all that said, I don't know if I want my money back, and return this.... for another Amazon customer to get my played DVD as new?? (Has happened to me so many times, even when DVD was no longer "new"... ) On the fence.

I had to modify a bit (not totally low impact) but got a good sweat in and def got my HR up! A solid workout when short on time!
