Last Confection 3-Piece Round Cake Pan Set - Includes 6", 8" and 10" Aluminum Pans 2" Deep

I love these pans!! It took me a while to find a set that had just the 6", 8" and 10" pans for a reasonable price. I bought 2 sets to start. I like to bake two layers and then torte each layer, to end up with four (on regular buttercrram cakes). They came packaged well, clean easily and dry quickly (although I usually end up finishing the drying with a paper towel.. im a bit OCD and don't like dry spots >_<). I have used butter and flour, with and without parchment, both with great results. I LOVE using the baking strips with these, as i get no crust on the outside, which works especially well for my layered tres leches cake! Other reviews of this brand (on other products) have stated that pans arrived dented, or that the under rim is hard to clean because of sharp edges - neither of these have occurred with my pans (and i was so happy with the first set of 2, I bought a second set of 2 for my gluten free cakes). Another reviewer (again, from same brand, different product) stated that the labels are difficult to remove. I would slightly agree with this. They are cut in a perfect circle and have that little clear sticky tack stuff on the inside of the pan. I just spread out my hand and gripped both sides of the paper well with the pads of every finger, then pulled in.. it pulled right off. It took a bit of figuring out, but once I did, it was easy.. not enough for me to drop a star. All in all, wonderful!

I am practicing to bake my daughter's wedding cake and needed the 6 inch pan for her top layer. I love that Amazon gives other products along with what you are searching for. This three piece set was the same cost of a an exact same single pan. Of course I went for the set! The pan bakes evenly and the cake slips right out every time. I would definitely order again!

Very nice set of baking pans. Sturdy, straight and solid. Just what I was looking for. I plan on baking with them this week!

Easy to clean, very sturdy, love these. Did a 2 tier cake for my daughters birthday. Turned out great!
