Sertapedic Comfortable Super Firm Bed Pillows, Set of 2 (King)

The truth is that they are not super firm but I have no problem with that. I know there will be people who expect greater firmness. However, I am satisfied with them.

Super Soft.. Far from firm, Save your money. The most soft pillow I have ever bought. Goes flat when you put your head on it.. It said firm but It was super soft. Might have been miss labeled ? But It was a waste of money.

These pillows are beyond fantastic. Theyre so comfortable and probably the best pillows we've had in a long time. Theyre firm which is what we like. We ordered more because we liked the first ones that we got so much. I give them a 20 star rating or more and they were packaged very well too. Its about time that someone made something with everything you need in a pillow.

They are ok pillows, but not "Super Firm" as I expected. Came rolled up in a plastic bag. Overall not a bad pillow, but not exactly what I was expecting.

I replaced my old pillow with these. I had fusion surgery on my neck. These have great support.

These are basic thin pillows, not firm at all. I could have stuck with what I had.

Worth the money

I've learned my lesson. I will NEVER buy pillows through the mail again. These so-called "super firm" King size pillows came in a small box that didn't look like it would hold one standard pillow, let alone two King-size. I opened the box and found the pillows folded over and twisted to fit in the box. It took an eternity to cut them loose from the plastic packing they were in without cutting into the pillows. By then, the pillows were no longer super firm. They were flat and useless. I tried fluffing them up but that really didn't help. Whoever packed these pillows should be fired. Pillows should be packed vertical with respect to the pillow size and appropriate box size. That was not done here. From now on, I go to a store and buy a pillow that is sold in the open and not in a box. I do not recommend these pillows at all.
