The iPad charged at a full 2.4A which really shows that the charging chip they are using (Likely TI) morphs protocols well in order to charge devices at full speeds. The thing that surprised me most is that even though this charger doesn't support normal Qualcomm Quick Charge on the normal USB ports, my Samsung S8+ displays fast charging when using a USB C -> USB C cable. The USB C port can provide a maximum of 30W at 1.5A 20V but will scale safely for every device. I always like to make sure efficiency and safety are taken into account as well so I ran the charger at full load for about 30 minutes and the body was barely 88 degrees F. For being under full load, this charger runs extremely cool.QC 3.0 USB port can quick charge my Huawei P20 Pro and it seems to charge full in 30 minutes, charge rapidly.For other USB ports can charge iphone and Lamp, nice.Overall if you have a Macbook and Apple devices or newer USB C Android phones, this is the perfect travel or home charger that can handle all our your devices at the same time."},{"@type":"Review","reviewRating":{"@type":"Rating","ratingValue":"2.0"},"author":{"@type":"Person","name":"T***S"},"datePublished":"Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 May 2020","name":"\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n USB-C always disconnects!\n \n","reviewBody":"Have been using this (or attempting to at least) for the last month and unfortunately whilst the concept of the USB-C attachment is great it didnt take to long for it to keep on coming off and now it's more off than on anyway, so my phone doesnt even charge as somepoint the usb-c has disconnected without me knowing! Even when (rarely) connected properly it doesnt always fast charge as expected, so I have to keep on trying to unplugging it in before it does or I lose my patience. I guess this was one of the cheaper options out there, but it's better to find something that works.
