Works well if you follow directions well, more convenient and less expensive than salon. Be careful if you have high porosity hair, you may want to cut your processing time down. My curly/coily haired daughter tried this on virgin hair and it grabbed on with a vengeance, turning quite orange, ai had to go to Sally's and buy toner to tone it down, have to keep doing it as the toner wears off. Worked fine in my own natural Auburn, low porosity hair, though.

The media could not be loaded.  Not strewing wnough toner to clear out the orange. Instructions were not clear, and I was orange not the blonde kit I requested but all in all I guess lesson learned just go to the salon.

Thought would be easier to understand direction. Wasnt able to return when requested when realized it was to risky to try at home

Didn’t work as expected.

I am 6 months out from highlights at my salon and don't think I'll be going any time soon. So I ordered this kit for some blonde highlights to my red hair. It looks great! Watch a lot of Brad Bondo on YouTube so you get it right and you'll look gorgeous! I will buy this again.

The application is very easy and I love the shiny, sunny results. It's great to find the perfect shade for our hair, so no mistakes or unwanted results. The toning mask is perfect for getting a professional result, like in a salon.
