We purchased this crate because of the reviews and we were taking our 10 lb chihuahua on vaca with us. We could not be more happy with this soft dog crate! It was comfortable and very sturdy without being like a rickety and bulky metal one. The metal ones, as long as they are stationary, are fine long term. I would not want to put my dog in a soft crate all day long because (aside from being cruel) if a dog is active or is left too long, a soft crate would not be suitable. But this soft crate was the perfect size for our dog for 2-3 hours. Enough room for her pillow, her water & a pee pad folded in half. My dog rarely pees in her crate (We take her out a lot and run her around to dispel anxious energy) but in the event that she did have to pee, I wanted her to feel like she had a corner.Also, the multiple openings were convenient and easy to zip up and fold back with Velcro holders. Added pluses were: storage and carry case and roomy pockets for storing treats and toys.Folds up very nicely but still is plenty sturdy! A++I would not recommend (for ANY soft crate), a hyper, over-active or larger dog with a penchant for chewing. The nice thing about this crate is the double zippered front closure and both zippers that go 3/4 around respectively. If u zipper both zippers in the upper position, a paw or nose will not be able to separate the zippers easily, allowing them to escape. As an example, my dog got a treat stuck in the cushion near the opening. By pushing her nose around, she was able to push her nose thru the zippers and open the front. Easily resolved by putting both zippers up top to the side and putting a twist tie thru the zippers holes tying them together. Obviously soft crates are not for chewers. The media could not be loaded.  Dragging our heavy wire crates with us when we travel is misery. My catahoula girls weigh 74 & 71 lbs. so they need large crates. I wish I would have purchased these collapsible soft crates sooner! What a pleasure it was to open up the sleeve, slides the crates out and they literally go up in under a minute! There are 2 rods on each side that slide into eachother & lock the frame into place. It was really very easy and the locking mechanism is a thick black plastic tube with a spring inside. It looks like it will last a long time as long as you don’t put anything on top of the crates to weight it down . It’s not meant for top loading anything.. The fabric is a heavy duty rip stop type fabric. I really like the blue color & it matches the interior colors of my airstream rv. The zippers are seen on well and are heavy duty. I love that it has flaps over the mesh windows that can be rolled up or down for privacy & they can be affixed with a toggle tie. I added a thick memory foam pad on the bottom because the one it came with is too thin. It’s fuzzy and only about 1 inch or less thick. My dogs took to these crates right away. Keep in mind they are 4 & 6 years old and have always wanted their own sleeping space , so they are crate trained. This is their private space. The mesh also zips open. I prefer to keep one window without the curtain for fresh air to circulate because the fabric doesn’t really breathe. Overall this was a great buy. I will update when we use them outside the home in our rv or traveling. We got the 36” and it’s the perfect size for them. They have enough room to move around & can stand up without hitting the top. Right now they are peacefully snoozing inside the crates in our living room. I recommend these crates for crate trained dogs. If your dogs are not crate trained there is nothing stopping them from destroying the fabric mesh. I recommend starting crate training at home first with a wire crate..

Absolutely thrilled with this soft pet crate. Just what I was looking for… easy to assemble, very sturdy and comes with a great carry bag if you need it. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you … my dog is so happy!

I’ve ordered this crate twice, the first one in January which never arrived and I received a full refund. I was searching for an alternative crate in the UK for my miniature poodle but because she’s quite tall but although not massive I struggled to find one so eventually I ordered this one again. This time it arrived very quickly (dispatched on Friday evening from the US, arrived on Monday morning to me in the UK!), the crate is an excellent quality, seems very sturdy and stylish as well. 24inch first nicely on the back seat of my car. Very pleased with my purchase!

We broke the zipper on the 1st one so we decided to buy another and keep the 1st one for spare parts. The best part was adding the old mattress to the new o e for a very comfy sleep for our dog.
