It is a wonderful product and helped so much with my husband's bed sores on his butt.

Our large city hospital had stopped using hydrocolloid dressings in favor of Mepilex sacral patches. When mom developed a decub I was mortified. However I was shocked at the rapid healing achieved when I sprayed the wound with Cavilon spray, let it dry, then covered with large sacral Mepilex patch. I doubt they are meant to be used together but I got fantastic results. I just looked at the decub 5 days later and it is vastly improved... more than 50%

This is the perfect bandage for patients who have developed a bed sore in the tail bone area. This is the same bandage used by the hospital and the only one designed for that unique area of the anatomy. I was thrilled to find them.....They are pricey, but adhere well and are worth the cost.

USEFUL BUT TOO EXPENSIVE

Cushions butt perfectly when bedridden. Lessons pressure sores. However, a bit expensive but in long run, helps emensely. Can't just slap on, need someone to help.Must add, people are complaining about the price! It is so worth it! It cushions the butt so well & stays put, why complain? Before these, my butt was torn up! People, don't let the price disuade you! BUY THESE! Also, they stay on for a week. So, the box will last over a month.

I am a veterinarian-----I cut the product in pieces for appropriate wound management/////Very cost effective fora great absorbing and adhering bandage......nothing else similar in the veterinary market..............
