PEPPLISH PROVISIONS Mango Garlic Hickory Hot Sauce

If you take the first bite and think you're OK, wait a minute. The heat comes in waves, so give it time to unfold. Honestly, that characteristic unfolding of the heat is the best part. Something about the aged peppers give it a really unique flavor, and each pepper hits you on a delay. All the components of the sauce shine through and work together beautifully. The other varieties by Pepplish are also excellent, but this sauce is something special. I cannot recommend this stuff enough.

Very hot, very hickory-y. I say use with care not because of the heat level which is perfect, but because of the strong hickory which will quickly overpower any other flavors. A couple drops will pack the same heat and flavor as if you slathered your food in a super spicy bbq sauce. Mind-blowing on fried chicken or anything with bacon.

This sauce has an extremely intense smokey garlic flavor. I tried it on other items and it overpowered most things (tacos, chicken, pizza, etc). But it is AMAZING in Indian dishes. Turns a tame tikka masala into something with real gusto. Highly recommended.

I can eat all the hottest hot sauces in the world but have grown tired of just straight heat and have been looking for flavor. Received this bottle yesterday and was immediately thrilled with the flavors and the heat. The taste is awesome and the kick afterward is impressive.

Great flavor. Nice heat. The bottle arrived with lid broken. Some of the contents leaked inside packaging .

Great ingredients. Very spicy. However, the spiciness is too much for me. I don't taste any Mango or hickory. Won't buy again.

This is one of the greatest sauces I’ve ever tried. The flavor is consistent, great heat, and the mango and garlic dance together!
