Used it, worked nicely
I purchased this to stuff sausages. Did it's job without binding up. It will rust so clean, dry then oil after each use.

Vevor mod
so i got this knowing that it does not fit Vevor. so the outside diameter is fine. its the center hole is too small. So I drilled out the center hole to 1/2 inch as that is the size of the Vevor shaft. now its not easy to drill. this is stainless hardened steel. i used a cobalt bit on a drill press. Since Vevor does not sell these and i use cheese in my snack sticks i made it work. Remember it is not easy to drill it out.

SERVED ITS PURPOSE WELL
I made sausage with jalapeno and cheese. The cheese stayed in the 1/4 inch chunks like it should.The no. 22 Kidney Sausage Stuffing plate works well.
