PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!! Seller was persistent in communicating with me whenever I had any questions about the product/shipment. The product was so convenient, at first I did not think I would use it as frequently as I do currently. I purchased in black, so sleek, subtle, and smooth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE INTERESTED!!!!

A couple of the reviews, and the fact that it was shipping from China, had me worried that this would be a waste of money. The unit charges fairly quickly and shuts off when the device has charged completely. Keeps my device charged for over a day. The unit keeps a full charge for several days when not used. The digital display is small but clearly displays the unit's charge (not the charge of the vape device). I would like the charging cord to be longer. The short cord length limits charging locations.

This took A LONG time to ship but it said that when I ordered it -- when I first got it, I LOVED it -- I liked the security of having something to lay my Juul in and not think it was gonna get germy all the time, it was always charged AND it had a great display to let you know how much charge the charger case had left then-- four weeks later, it just stopped working :( the display still works but stays at 100% bc it's not transferring to my Juul :(

Love it. Handy, portable, fits in my purse easily.

So far works great, fits great, although there are Nicks on the corner, was not purchased used but seems to be poorly handled

Okay, so I bought two of these. One of them, the charging indicator on the little screen at the bottom doesn’t work, on both of them if you want your juul to charge you have to mess around with it in order to get it to connect, I do love the case and how it’s set up, and the idea, but as for the actual product I think it could be a lot better. First off make it so you don’t have to mess around with your juul in order to get it to start charging (I used two different devices just to make sure it wasn’t the juul). It does charge your juul but as for how well, I don’t know yet. And FYI the manufacturer is located overseas so this product took roughly a month to get to the United States.

A great concept with apparently poor electrical components. After only two charge cycles, the charging pack is no more. Don't waste your money or time.
