Excellent cookbook for getting you started on Chinese cooking.Well illustrated and good tips along the way.Well recommended for people to get into Chinese cooking.

I was told thus was in "good" condition. I would rate it as average at best. The cover was dirty with what I assume to be splashes from dishes cooked. Disappointed.
