Easy Indian-Style Cookery Paperback – January 1, 1997

Without question, this is the best Indian cookbook of all time! Everything I love except Palak Paneer.

I remember purchasing the book when I was younger and it had the best butter chicken recipe! I refound and then relost the book and luckily found it here! Thank you so much!

This book has been my favorite for several years and I was glad to be able to purchase another copy (my third one since I gave the other two to friends). The recipes are excellent and very easy to follow. I have made several of the dishes featured and keep on exploring new ones. I take this book with me when I go to friends. Although not new this copy is in very good condition.
