Where Have You Been All My Life?
My kids got me Martelli pasta for Christmas. When we cooked up the first batch, it was unbelievable. The texture is fantastic and it holds the sauce. Spoils me for all other pastas. I don't think I can ever go back. It's Martelli's or nothing!
