Do not buy this product - From verified purchaser and bicyclist
Yes, I am a verified purchaser of four Orp bike horn/lights. The one thing is that I am a slow learner. I just finished making one (1) working Orp out of three (3) broken unites. The fourth and original unit was tossed long ago. By long, I mean maybe two years. An item at this price point should last longer than a few months or like my one, 30 days. It is a great product design manufactured cheap and with no intent to last. Orp should withdraw sales of this item and fix their manufacturing process before foisting this upon an unsuspecting consumer.

Crazy Cool Little Bike Light
This little thing is sweet. The light is bright enough for light night trail runs; You might need more for serious downhill rides. The low sound horn is great on tracks with walkers/hikers. It's as friendly of a "get the hell out of my way" as you can get. The loud horn is about 100 decibels and is sure to get someone's attention. Great company too. They stand behind their product. They hooked me up with a replacement when the broken part was likely due to user error, especially if you buy from Orpland.com direct.

A pretty good light/horn combo but a bit pricey
I really like the light. I use it only in flashing mode and it is visible from a pretty good distance even on bright days. The horn sounds really loud inside, not so loud outside. Even so the sound is audible for a pretty good distance.I'm not sure how well the attachment system will hold up. I am always a bit concerned about use of elastic for something that has to be mounted and removed many many times over it's lifetime. It is not possible to charge the light while it is on the bike because the mounting strap covers the USB port (I guess the strap doubles as a weatherproof cover for the USB port) so it is certainly going to be taken off the bike many times. This is not hard to do but I don't know about how well it will hold up long term. The reasons for the 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating are: 1 My suspicion that the attachment strap will not last anywhere near as long as the rest of the light - it's not the best design choice; 2 The horn would be MUCH more useful to me while riding in rural areas if it included an ultrasonic pitch loud enough to help ward off dogs; 3 I think the price is too high (but obviously I decided to buy it anyway); and 4 I would not buy the red version again because of a design flaw - The red light that is supposed (according to some reviews) to indicate low battery is apparently hard to see under the red material (I've never seen it while using the ORP) and the green light indicating a full charge is completely invisible through the red cover. The red light IS visible while charging and the user can tell that charging is complete when the red light goes out.As of the date of this review the manufacturer is giving away a free "remote" that allows push-button activation without taking hands off of the brake hoods. When I purchased mine here I did not receive the remote, the free offer apparently applies only for direct sales from the manufacturer. Also it might be worthwhile checking the price at your LBS since I have recently seen the ORP on sale for less than the current price here.

Good and well made horn
So, the horn is really well made, but is not so well designed for cc bikes as good for road race bikes. It's quite hard to reach the horn button because of the gear shifters on the DH or CC handlebar. The sound, doesn't works so good in my country (need something more scary, aggressive) ;)Any way, I'm sure of reliable quality and usability for road cyclists.

Five Stars
Great product. Would be even better with a remote attachment on the handle.
