I am an avid fan of eye masks and use them often, both at night time and while napping during airplane rides. In my rotation are high end Kao Megurism steam eye masks, Korean cute / creepy blind folds, and a large collection of free airline eye masks I have picked up over the years. Sleep is very important to me. Improving the quality of my sleep and naps is both a hobby and a passion. Last year, I started sleeping with a weighted blanket. It helped reduce the anxiety work/bosses were inducing in me. So Amazon randomly recommended this weighted eye mask pillow to me, I could not resist purchasing immediately! Their algorithm is remarkable.This thing is freaking awesome. Wearing the eye mask pillow is very relaxing. The fabric is soft and keeps my face warm. The adjustable bands make the eye mask pillow both tight and comfortable. The weight is just right, applying just enough pressure to calm one down without inducing neck pains after extended period of usage. It is also large enough to block out all light so that I can sleep in on the weekends without the sun light forcing me awake (too cheap to pay for black out shades).I would say that this product is not meant for side (and therefore stomach) sleepers. It works great when sleeping on one’s back. But when sleeping on one’s side there is little or uneven pressure and the fit is very awkward. Just something to note since 63% of Americans sleep on their side.

I love eye masks! I think this one would be good if I had a migraine and was laying only on my back. I am a side sleeper and it hurt my temples when I would sleep on my side. Also of I clipped the back on and laid down the buckle would start to make my headache worse.The weight of it is great I love the moveable beads and I think I could add oils to the mask (like peppermint) so it had a smell. If you do not want an eye mask with a sent this one is great.It does make everything dark but after awhile the mask starts to slip down and hurt the bridge of your nose because of the weight so you have to re tighten it.All in all I dont think this was a mask for me but I'd you dont mind messing around and trying to fit it to your face everytime you use it then I think it would be great for you. I am glad I got to try it but I dont think I will be buying two.

This mask is soft and has a good weight to it. However It's one solid piece without any contours. It's too much weight on my eyeballs. I use my thumbs to create an indentation in the beads so the weight is distributed around my eyes. This is more comfortable but the beads don't stay put. I like the mask otherwise so I am going to stitch an indentation in the center over each eye so the beads don't push so much on my eyes.

Whether this is at room temp or nice and cool from sitting in the fridge, this eye mask feels amazing on. This is fully adjustable, as you can see from the pictures and even when I'm laying on my back, the back of this doesn't bother me at all. You can easily adjust the tightness to what and how you want it and even when its a little tight, the elastic stretches pretty far. Thought the weight might be too much when I first got this but after using it, you hardly even notice the weight on your face. Used this to help relax and have fallen asleep several times while wearing this mask. Even with falling asleep, the mask stayed on. Great for tired eyes, headaches or just when you want to wear an eye mask.

I wanted to like this sleeping mask because I have always wanted a weighted mask. I get eye headaches frequently and bought this thinking that the pressure would help. I loved that there is a zipper on the mask so I can take out the sand and wash the outer layer. As soon as I got it, I wanted to try it on immediately, however I noticed a strong smell to it. It almost smelled like cat food. So I thought, I'll just wash it, but when I pulled out the sand bag the bag had the same smell to it and some of the sand was leaking out. I wanted to wash the whole mask, but there is a small tear at the bottom of the mask and I didn't want to risk wrecking the mask more and having sand all over my washing machine. Unfortunately i wont be using this product. Its a good concept, but was ruined by the smell and poor quality.

I just got this 3 days ago , the very first night I put it on the satin side against my eyes, it is cooling and I just closed my eyes and fell asleep. It is weighted but just slightly, and the adjustable strap is comfortable to sleep with. I like it alot! I got this because I tried the weighted blanket and love how it drains the anxiety from my body. I love the eye mask.

I'm a tough judge and never leave 5-star reviews. This mask definitely deserves all five stars! It is very comfortable, blocks light well, stays cool longer than other similar sleep masks I've purchased and the weight feels good. The buckle and adjuster are not felt when wearing the mask, even when the back of the head is on a pillow. This is a great option for migraineurs.

Feels heavy on my face but not a bad heavy. Firm pressure to make sure no light can get in around the mask. I've put it in the freezer a few times and it really feels good for my migraines.
