Broke in one hour

I was so excited to get it. I put it on and tried each ear about 3 times and they won't come down already. And the balls in the paws feel like they are going to explode. So 5 min into my excitement and it doesn't work.

Adorable hat, ears flap well. I bought two, fits my 3 year old and my 5 year old great. Picture is of my 5 year old wearing it.
