I have been seraching or years and tried many other products but this one takes the cake! Can't say enough about the benefits of this product. Although it is a little on the expensive side, it is totally worth it. It has changed my life as far as preventing irritaion and helping me absorb and keep moisture in place. It melts and tends to run out quickly so best to insert just before you lay down to sleep for the night.

Expensive, but they work
These work pretty well. I use one insert once per week, simply to add moisture post-menopause. If you're sexually active, then you likely will want to use more often. My ob/gyn recommended this brand. Yes, they are expensive, but they work. My only negative is they are a little messy in the morning when you wake up and start moving around. Whatever didn't absorb starts leaking out, so definitely wear a panty liner when using these.
