ArtisanRaiden (Coffee Brown/XL) [FX-RD-XS-XL] FX XSOFT (Japan Import)

This is a great mouse pad and high quality. In terms of gaming, I would describe this pad as a controlled speed pad that has great static and dynamic movement. I am using core pads on an Pulsar Xlite V2 mini and it is buttery smooth and great for tactical and track heavy fps games.

Fast and smooth. Huge not, dont use glass skates... Have a large slow spot in the middle, will have to replace soon.

I have a Hien mid and soft and zero soft but this one is my favorite. The feel of the raiden is buttery soft and glides smooth. Although it glides fast, it is still controllable on all my lightweight mice. The raiden is very underrated compared to the hien especially with the amount of speed and controllability you can get.

The Raiden Xsoft is so soft It's more akin to a cushion than a mousepad.In spite of this there's virtually no friction what so ever. It is the fastest pad I have ever experienced and because of how soft it is it's very comfortable.I would definitely recommend this for personal use but I don't think this low friction is good for fps games where you need precision both in tracking and flicking.The Coffee brown is very dark, at first I thought it was black until I held it under a light so if you were hoping for a notably brown pad, this probably isn't it. But if you were concerned the brown might be TOO brown, I think you'll be alright.

I originally got the Hien and hated how uncomfortable and rough it was. This Raiden pad feels soft and comfortable to touch, a very luxurious feeling. Sometimes I just enjoy the feeling of running my hand across it.It's one of the fastest pads I've owned, not the best stopping power but not bad. It may just take some warming up to stop better by applying pressure. I think the pad is perfect for games like overwatch or Apex, but for something like valorant or vs you might want something with a big more stopping power.The pad does take some getting used to as per normal, but once I warmed up to it over a few days, I've been surprised at how accurate and quick I can be. Truly a master crafted pad. It has a very even and consistent speed across the padJapanese seem to be the only people making quality items anymore. I am a heavy user so I will update if there's any wear and tear over time.Update 10/28/22: The pad gets dirty insanely fastI've only had the pad a month and have noticed my pad has seemed slower for the past week or two. Just cleaned it with microfiber cloth and water and the pad feels fast again, so grime builds up very quickly and should probably be cleaned once every couple weeks, maybe even once a week. Took one star away for this. This builds up grime far quicker than any pad I've owned. My biggest concern is wearing down the fabric from so much cleaning so this will really be a test of quality for this pad. I'll update my review if I ever see the fabric degrading.

Love the xsoft raiden. It feels like you can move your mouse where you want with no resistance but stop when you want with no problem.

This is a slick, high end mousepad. Great for games that require reflex-based mouse movement.

An endgame pad, this is the ultimate pad for tracking its so smooth and may I say very underrated.
