Excellent for Pasta and noodles , and a fairly freshing change from tomato rich pasta sauces (it has much smaller amount of tomato i guess) with deep golden color. Most importantly is 100% dairy free and vegan. Although i'm not gluten free , the ingredient labels indicate its not likely contaminated with traces of gluten . Its hard to obtain online and only sold at a few specialty grocers in store .
