J**I
Not Very 3D
The 3d effect is there but is very subtle. Less so than with a passive 3d TV, viewmaster style split googles, or 3d at the theaters. However the screen protector is less uncomfortable to wear than trying to mount a iPad in front of your face. You can watch content by importing video via iTunes File Sharing, the Camera Roll or YouTube. The YouTube content is very low resolution possibly because it is expecting an iPhone, but instead is being stretched across the higher resolution screen of a Retina iPad. Watching your own content... The software seems to accept side-by-side and half side-by-side equally well, but the aspect ratio doesn't seem right in either case. Everything seems too narrow, circles are ovals. I suggest the developers add DLNA media server support, otherwise you are only going to be able to put a couple movies on your iPad at great effort. For me I notice more crosstalk than the 3d effect, so for the price I'll probably try to return the product.
