After looking at several steam cleaners, my wife and I decided for this one due to the price and its simplicity. When we received it, my wife was able to assemble it in minutes and ready for its first use right away. The first time we cleaned the floors, the floor looked cleaned, but there was not a drastic change. When we cleaned our floors a second time on a different day, wow, what a difference. The floors looked cleaner and brighter and they were smell-free. We have indoor dogs and despite moping with different products, there was always a smell. Not anymore with this steamer! We bought the accessory to glide the steamer over carpet and this has been convenient too, but the most convenient part of this glider is that we can also use the steamer on top of our sofas. The steamer is very simple to use and operate. All you do is fill it with water, wait about 30 seconds and then you are ready to go with a front and back motion to let the steam out. Maintenance is great as the pads can we washed and reused, saving you money in the long run. Before deciding on this steamer we were concerned with two reviews in Amazon. One showed a broken cap to the water reservoir and another one showed that the steamer did not actually clean. Do not let these two reviews get in the way of buying a very simple and effective steamer. The design is lightweight, but sturdy and you will be happy with the purchase. I would recommend buying extra pads if you have large flooring areas so that you can finish cleaning rather than rewashing pads. Excellent purchase, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I brought this mop because I saw a sale on Amazon and the price was less than half what I paid for my Bissell steam mop. I was plan to use it as a backup just in case my Bissell breaks down. The Light n Easy steam mop came in a small box. It was very easy to assemble. It came with a cleaning pad and it is very easy to attach and detach. It has a longer cord than the Bissell mop, which is very nice.The mop is very light and it is very easy to move around. It does not have a on and off switch. To produce the steam, all I need to do is to pump the handle a few times and the steam starts to come out. As I move the mop back and fore, it produces enough steam to clean the floor. The floor also dries very fast and feels clean. If I want to do a heavy cleaning in certain spot, I just need to pump a few extra times, and it will produce more steam to do the extra cleaning – very neat!Overall, this mop did an amazing job on my floor. It picks up a lot of dirt than the Bissell. My Bissell is going to Salvation Army… The only thing I would suggest to improve in this mop is the mop head. It does not swivel, which makes it little harder to clean around the toilet and the corner areas. Other than this, I am very happy with this mop.

I love my dog, but she drools. A lot. And while I vacuum my shiny kitchen/hallway laminate floor nearly every day I can't get to the dried dog drool as often. And when I do, it usually means scrubbing on my hands and knees. So I bought the Light 'n' Easy steam mop to make the task easier and it really performs well. Everything assembles in a few seconds with a couple clicks. It's light and very easy to push, and when I get to a drool mark I pump the mop to generate a little more steam and it comes off easily with just a little more pressure on the handle. The mop doesn't generate huge clouds of steam; just enough to do the job. It took me about 20 minutes to do the kitchen/dining room and hallway. And while the floor didn't dry completely streak-free, it dried quickly and was generally good and probably better than I expected. I may try using distilled water next time. I have a few complaints, which is why I gave it 4 stars: overall the handle seems a bit flimsy and I'm not sure how long it will last over time; the cord could be a bit longer; the tank capacity is a little small - I used about 2 ½ tankfulls to do the job. But these complaints are minor and, since the mop is just about the cheapest on Amazon, I probably would've given the mop 4 ½ stars if that option was available. It really is a good value and an excellent product for the price. And, I should add, I bought this mop "Like New" from Amazon and saved about 10 bucks. When I got the mop it was obvious that it had never been used - it was probably from a customer who returned it unopened and then Amazon could no longer sell it as a new item. When shopping Amazon I always look for items that are listed "Like New" and have never been disappointed and have always saved off the regular price.

Simple and effective!

The pads are a little flimsy and replacements are somewhat pricey.However, it does a good job and user friendly.

It’s easy to assemble, light to use and my floors were so clean afterwards!
