It serves its purpose, but extremely small and hard to see the templates due to color.

Makes it easy for me to keep track of calories/carbs during my weight loss journey. I only wish ithad a section to keep track of daily exercise.

I like the options this has for tracking fruits and veggies and water intake. They are very small and don’t take up too much space in my purse at all.

I did Weight Watchers years ago and return to that style of keeping track of my points when I need to. I prefer to keep a paper log as opposed to an app, especially an app that I would need to pay for. These are perfect! They are simple enough to do quickly, and they have all the space you need to do it effectively.

Just what I was looking for! Log my food for the day and keep track of veggies, fruit and water. Writing down and seeing what I have eaten everyday is alot better than just logging on phone app.

You can barely see the words on the pages. I like that you can carry them with you and track but I can barely see the words.

The majority of a book the pages were upside down. Wouldn’t recommend this brand.
