Gouges crusts and leaves holes
Not happy with this. Used it twice and both times it dug into the pie crust and left gouge holes both times. VERY dissatisfied and disappointed.

Perfect fit for my 9" pie pan. Caters to a good amount of air in the bottom while controlling the sides. Works beautifully. No sticking.

Good concept and design
Crust came out perfect. No marks, shrinkage, or any problems. Easy clean up and storage (leave it within pie pan). You don’t lose your marbles with this weight:)

I used it as soon as I received it. Worked better than and EASIER than pie weights. I love it.

Didn't work for me
This pie weight dug into the sides of my crust, defeating the purpose of a pie weight---and a crust. The filling can leak out through the holes it leaves after blind-baking. I'm using dried beans for pie weights now!

This is just what i've been looking for. It keeps the pie crust from swelling up and shrinking.

very functional
A great product to use when you need a prebaked pie crust. It works much better than the old standby of beans or pie weights. Since its silicon it doesn't stick to the crust.
