Very easy to install and use

Loved the look of this item but as no instructions are enclosed I could not find how you were supposed to remove the back without damaging the plastic. Had to wedge off with a screw driver which does mark the plastic and I was also fearful of snapping it in half.Bad design and should send instruction leaflet.

I ordered this as it was plain however this dispenser came with writing on the front,I never got an answer back regarding this but managed to eventually get it off(was given £5 partial refund)Not the easiest to instal as the instructions aren’t great but I’m lucky that my Husband is an engineer (and got it fixed securely) as most would probably give up and reading other reviews some people ended up glueing it to the wall.Once in situ it looks nice however we’re yet to get the hair conditioner to dispense, shower gel and shampoo have dispensed ok but perhaps conditioner is too thick?If you live in the UK I would buy a dispenser from the Uk as any issues are easier resolved!

Shower gel dispenser leaked, shampoo lever snapped. Had less than a year and won’t refund or exchange, just told to buy a new one!
