Sylvania 20883 Compact Fluorescent 4 Pin Triple Tube 2700K, 32-watt

Our original bulb lasted 10 yrs, but the 3500k was always way too blue-white for us. This time, we went with a 2700k, which is far more pleasant. It takes a few minutes to get to full brightness, but when it does, it's a bright yet warm color. Since we have yellow walls, next time we'll try 3000k. So glad we found a convenient replacement for this rare item from seller "bulbs n more" via AMZN.

We just moved into a new home, and I was unfamiliar with this type of bulb base. I was not happy with either the blue light of 4000K or the luminousity that was generated by the bulbs that were installed, so I decided to change them from 24 watt to 32 watt. What I wanted was not available locally so I purchased them on Amazon.Removing the old bulbs, I broke the first one at the base, as I thought they had a screw base... Oh, well. This new bulb, at 3000K, has a much warmer light than the 4000K, not as yellow as the 2700, but definitely in the same range. They are brighter, and they do the trick. Kudos to the shipper, as they were well-protected on their journey and arrived in excellent condition.

So far, it appears to be a good bulb. It does take a couple minutes to come up to full brightness. This seems to be a problem with this style bulb. This bulb replaced another one that was taking longer and longer to come up to full brightness, and that final brightness had declined significantly.

I had four recessed lights that take these bulbs installed almost 10 years ago when we did a small addition on our house. ONE of those bulbs just burned out last month! They really did last the 10 years they claim they will! I purchased four more bulbs, replacing the one that burned out and hope/expect that these will last just as long. A great value bulb. One note - these new bulbs "brighten" upon switching on much faster than the 10-year-old ones, so that is a big improvement.

Bought this item on amazon because it had prime delivery. Just a few days over a month of use and it is no longer lightening up! No options for return or refund on a defective item!

The color temperature of this light is exactly what we wanted. The stock light in our ceiling fan was too blue for the room. This one is fine, but takes 20 or 30 seconds to get up to full brightness, then it is nice and bright.

bought as a replacement bulb for panasonic fht32e35...fit perfectly and works awesome..although it's dim at first then gradually brightens making the bathroom pretty bright... the gradual brightness might be wiring and not the bulb itself

Not much to say here. Did what they were supposed to do and got fast shipping. Win/Win
