What I like about this product is the quality. If you lift heavy I’d say this is perfect for pulling motions only. Deads, rows, pull ups. The strap can wrap over bar around three times.What I hate is the functionality. The strap to buckle ratio isn’t as functional as I thought it would be. Sometimes the buckle gets in the way of a bench press due to metal digging into the back of your hand. I’ve tried repositioning but it’s not perfect but can make adjustments.

The cushion on the wrist wrap provides great comfort. This is something that most lifting straps don’t offer as they usually burn the skin and leave marks. These provide good cushion on the wrist

These lifting straps have helped released the tension off from my wrists. Before purchasing this product, my wrists used to become tense fairly quickly. The weight is no longer felt through the wrists as they are stabilized through the lifting straps. Definitely recommend this product if you like to hit the gym and often progress to increase the weight of your reps!

its easy to wrap around the barbell with one of ur hands, but trying to get the other hand a nice wrap while ur other hand is wrapped on the barbell? seems tough. Tough to use my opinion. I have a little wrist pain today, I'm a new user of lift wrist wraps. But I'm definitely not giving this a high rating at the moment. For pullups, these things seem to help a bit, as far as longer grip and such. For shrugs and barbell bent over rows, not so easy to use and master with these straps. 2 stars for now. Also, product has chemical smell. Which seems about normal for products like this.

I was skeptical about buying this at first considering the fact that it had no ratings, but I’ve tried all the other wraps and they were either not good or too expensive, but I pulled the trigger and really enjoyed using it at the gym. Very easy to put on and take off. Would definitely recommend it for people looking to increase their lifts.

After trying on several different products, I felt like the Iron Gorilla Lifting Straps provided me with the most comfort and secure fit compared to other brands that I have tried in the past. The wrist wraps provide a tight and non-slip feel while exercising with no discomfort at all. I am very satisfied using this and would definitely recommend this product to others!

They were great for the first 4 times I used them then today the stitching from the strap to the wrists came off in the middle of my lift. If theres a weight limit I may have reached it. Unfortunately I will not be ordering these again.

Straps work great! Glad they fit good since I have big wrists. I saw other user say they were hard to use. I don't know what they're doing wrong, they're easy to use and straps are perfect length, longer than most! Would buy again in a heartbeat!
