Look no further, fantastic sound and bass!! Game changer!!
I spent weeks researching sound bars, different brands, different speaker outputs different peak powers, ARC vs optical, 2.0 vs 2.1 etc etc etc but in the end I went for this as it was a nice balance of price, speaker power, a reputable brand, had a sub and had several connecton options in optical and HDMI ARC...and I must say, it has not disappointed at all!Looks superb, very smart and sleek looking mounted under my TV, they have even put little spacers on the back so when you mount it, there is a gap between the unit and the wall to allow room for cables to fit behind so all my cables from the TV can be neatly tracked down behind the bar with conduit above and below to hide everything.Sounds fantastic, when this arrived I was playing GTA5, I plugged it in and immediately noticed the difference, I turned the sub up and just by coincidence crashed a car....this nearly blew out my lounge window!! Even the different layers added to the sound experience are class, so many low range and high range sounds start to poke through that you wouldn't have a chance of hearing through even a decent TV speaker. It also only get clearer the louder you crank it, unlike cheaper speakers that distort at the high end, this comes to life when you give it some juice! The ARC connection is a god send, it fully intagrates the speaker with the TV so no faffing about with 2 volune controls trying the get a balance with tv and speaker, the speaker takes change and is one single, some volume option. This also allows me to fully control the bar through my TV remote. Power on the TV and the bar comes on, power off the TV and the bar goes off, volume control and mute from the TV remote etc, no need for several controllers. This is a mid range sound bar from Sony at £180(RRP £240), they offer different bars from about £100 up to £400+ but I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised with this and didn't expect it to be as good as it was. On paper it is only 50% more powerful in terms of speaker output than the TV speakers (not including the sub) but it blows the TV speakers out of the water with the 320watts of power running the bar.The sub is a game changer for films and gaming also it really balances the whole experiance!!Highly recommended!!

Really impressive sound system for gaming, TV and music from your phone. A Plus service from amazon
Very good sound system for the price I paid. Amazon delivered this badboy quickly and efficiently aswell which was great ☺.The sound on the bar is incredible for being only one bar with two speakers built inside it. The sub woofer is nice and punchy and when your gaming on this beast you can hear the quality of the sounds coming through the speakers 🔊 I am very impressed. Occasionally there is a bit of interuption and outside interference but it's not very often. I will say that If you have your phone to close to it then you will get noises and interference so my suggestion would be to keep your phone well away from the system if you want the max sounds and effect from this. I put mine on a table away from this and have no issues from it. But all in all I'm impressed with how this sound system holds up for the price, set up is easy as you only need optical to plug into TV and power cable from system. No wires are needed for the subwoofer except its own power cable but other then that no wires or external connections needed as it is a blutooth connection strait to the speaker. Also the beauty of this system is you can use it as a music centre for your phone. I tried the blutooth connection and its really easy to connect. You can then play your music 🎶 strait through from your phone to the speakers. Sound is excellent and very top quality. I was really impressed when taking this out the box and testing it.

Great when loud, average when quiet
Super easy to install and worked seamlessly with my TV over the HDMI ARC connection (you will need to check if your TV supports this)Looks great in front of the TV and switches on and off with the whole system.Low volumes can leave me a bit underwhelmed and I find the bass goes missing sometimes at quieter volumes - but crank this up for some music or a film and the sound is really engaging. Some great EQ settings and really easy to connect to devices over Bluetooth.I have also found that if I pause what I'm watching for around 15-30 mins (to go cook dinner or sort out the laundry) the speakers will go to sleep and I'll have to find the remote and switch it back on. It's a mild annoyance, but one to consider as I can't seem to find a setting to extend/block this sleep setting.

Great Product
So needed to replace my parent's older sound bar which was having problems with Sky Q. They had already inherited my old Sony Bravia 49" TV and Bluray so it made sense to keep it all within the same product family. So initial thoughts, its a big bar! sits at the bottom of the TV but its a big old beast. Its not obtrusive, but as the bar has all the connectivity and of course the Bluetooth control etc, its probably going to be a little bigger then you might imagine. Why they didn't house the connectivity into the sub I don't know, but as it stands, connectivity for HDMI ARC and Optical in is on the bar itself. Clever cable management so you can hid away the cables and the Bluetooth is a nice touch so no other cables outside HDMI and/or Optical. Its loud and the Sub has a good response. Need to play with settings a little to get it your liking, but once connected it simply worked. i am not a fan of soundbars and have 7.2 at home with satellite speakers all over the room, but its personal preference on this, I managed to hide or the cabling but if I was in a pinch and couldn't do that, this would probably be the one I would go for with the Atmos addition. If you are looking for a soundbar I would recommend it. Almost a couple of weeks since installation and they have had no issues at all. ARC control works seemsly and they taken the decision to move the sub behind the TV cabinet but has made no difference to the quality of the sound or the response from the Sub. Recommended
