Yeominis Flatpack Barrow (Children's Wheelbarrow)

This little wheelbarrow is well constructed, although the edges are a bit sharp and more design thought could have been given to the positioning and length of the bolts. On the plus side although too long the manufacturers have had the forethought to provide plastic blanks for the exposed thread ends to prevent catching exposed skin.In general it is the best value by a long way on the internet and was found very acceptable by my grandson.

As a toy for an under 3, this might be barely passable. If you're hoping to have an older child take part in gardening this item is pretty much worthless. The wheel is hard & somewhat wobbly so it's only usable on good paths. The tray is really shallow so stuff falls out constantly. The legs are too close together to be stable and the handles are too low for a child older than 3. It doesn't go together quite right on assembly. I don't know if the other children's barrows are better but my kids prefer to fight with an adult's wheelbarrow than using this.AVOID

Delivery was prompt all the items were in the box (I bought 2)BUT found it very difficult to put together, the screws for holding the handles to the main barrow were a tad short, my husband had to use cramps to get the screws in.Took nearly an hour to put together.Once together my grandchildren have had hours of play, and it does the job of a large wheelbarrow.

Bought this for my neice for her 5th birthday as she loves helping to muck out the horses. Very straight forward to put together and just the right size.

How grandson loves this barrow play with is baby brother in the garden and loves helping his dad goog play value

We bought two of these. Assembling the first of them the nuts holding it together had protectice caps that sheared off - all of them! Not only this but the nut heads that sheared off protrude into the basin of the barrow meaning that 'stuff' will get caught on it! A really rubbish build and quality of product. not strong and total waste of money. Steer clear of it is my advice. I returned the second, not worth the bother.

I was so excited when this was delivered, as I am creating a community allotment which will be used by adults and children. The instructions says that it is 'easy' to put together, which it would have been if I had all of the correct bolts etc. Luckily i live near a hardware store who put it together for me (as I presumed I was being silly about the bolts.) But I was told that my suspicions were correct about the problems with the bolts. Apart from these problems, I feel that the wheelbarrow is excellent for use by the young gardeners. would still recommend to buy it

Grandson absolutely loves this, especially as it's yellow, his absolute favourite colour ! Well made and has provided hours of outdoor fun.
