Love the bag but not proud of it!
The exact measurements were 15 inches height, 12 inches wide on the bottom, 20 inches wide on the top and 7 inches deep. The bag is sturdy and looks durable. Does not look shiny or rich looks more like tire material. Just for day to day use this bag is fine, but not for making any fashion statement. But holds lots and lots of stuff and is very handy.

This is the PERFECT TOTE (seriously!)
This tote is PERFECT. I can fit my laptop, files, note pad, mouse, charger, pens, wallet, lotion and so much more! There is a slot for pens and a cell phone and the bag can fit over your shoulder comfortably. I would reccommend this for a working women on the go and has a lot of stuff to carry. I no longer bring my purse to work. I just bring my tote and lunch bag.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. The picture does this bag no justice because the bag is way better than the picture. Quality second to none.
