First things first, you'll need to download the free to download rulebooks from their website in order to make use of this deck.Secondly, you'll need at least one opponent or more with their own decks.Thirdly, you'll need some tokens or counters as the game requires certain types of tokens during gameplay.Now, as to the deck itself, as an alternative build starter deck from the ones you may find in the core starter set or recommended starting deck in an expansion set, it's a fairly solid deck design from what I can tell so fair in reading the cards closely.Due to the current pandemic (I'm writing this in late 2020, what a year....) I can't get to test it against other players to see how it actually holds up as a constructed starter for the Living Card Game.Overall though, since it's built using cards from previous expansions (at that time of printing) as well as the core set, it's well worth picking up for a new player to become acquainted with the Game of Thrones Living Card Game 2nd edition if buying a full Core Starter set is financially not viable.Or you can buy any of the other faction starter decks instead, eventually I aim to get them all.
