So, for starters... in the manual the model is called the "Windhole 1" which makes me think maybe a slight translation error...but anyway...This thing is fantastic. I've tested battery life against the claim of 12 hours on medium. To simulate using it over a couple nights I ran it for 8 hours, then waited 4 hours and started it up again. After 14 hours it is still going like the battery bunny with no sign of stopping and the lights still indicate 30% charge on the back. I don't want to run it completely dead, but I'm satisfied it will last as advertised and then some.Second, this thing moves an impressive amount of air. Even on the low setting there is a breeze felt from 4-5 feet away. I was looking for something to help get to sleep on those "dog days of summer" stagnant steamy nights, and it will more than do the job.Some have asked about using it just resting on the clip as a base. It will absolutely work that way as long as it's sitting on something stable. When used with the clip it has a very strong grip. I've tested it on a variety of edges and all were secure as long as there's a "lip" of at least a couple inches for flat surfaces.Per the instructions, it can be used while charging with a 2A source but not with a 1A source. The charging times are based on 2 amps.I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase and can't recommend it highly enough.

I bought this fan to clamp to my forklift at work and cool me down in the hot and muggy warehouse. I used it for the first time today, for most of the day, and I’m left with some mixed feelings about it. Before I go on, if you intend to use this fan only in your office/cubicle/car, or some other close quarter indoor space, this fan is probably going to serve your needs just fine. It is quiet and the clamp works well.My personal problem with using this fan for my specific purpose is that in large open spaces, the fan feels weak. I work in a large warehouse and we keep the bay doors open to let in some air. Today it was a solid 80F degrees but fairly breezy, although the breeze was warm too and wasn’t too refreshing on its own. I originally positioned this fan in front of me maybe 2 feet away and could hardly feel the fan while it was on high. (See first photo) I was disappointed to say the least since this fan costed me $40. Next I positioned the fan above and behind me, under a foot away from my head, and on high (See second photo). This time I could definitely feel the fan but it still wasn’t quite as strong as I hoped for. It helped cool me off but I suspect part of that was due to the breeze that was blowing in from outside. At times the fan felt great, at other times it felt weak. It did keep my head from sweating though.Tomorrow and for the rest of the week the weather says it’s supposed to be in the high 80’s and reach the 90’s with considerable humidity so that will be the real test of this fan. I actually bought this fan specifically for the humid days because they’re absolutely miserable in the warehouse and it’s gets so bad that condensation gathers all throughout the concrete floors in the warehouse.If this fan keeps me from feeling miserable for the rest of the week I’ll update the review and give 5 stars! As of now I don’t think it’d be fair to give this fan less than 4 stars because my intended use for this fan is probably not what it was designed for and I suspect most people using this fan would use it in an office where I’m sure it would be satisfactory.

I got this fan because I had another one of their products and really liked it. This one is great! It comes with a rechargeable battery, so I can stick it in the front of my living area where there is no power outlet, and get the air to flow through the rest of the space. Then I just charge it later when I'm not using it.It charges off of USB, so I can charge it off of an adapter, computer, battery bank, or whatever. The fan is fairly quiet, but does offer a nice white noise, which I like because I like to have some white noise when I sleep. It has great airflow. Nothing to complain about - very happy! Also, you can register on their website and receive an extended warranty! Love that!EDIT: I had to come back and edit this post now that I've used the fan longer. I'm genuinely probably going to buy a second one. I've literally talked to my wife on numerous occasions about how much I love this fan. It has such a strong air-flow, which is really nice for us because we don't have any air conditioning and it's blazing hot out. I love that this can clip onto something and swivel in any direction. I mount it on the wall near me and let it blow on me at night to keep me cool. My wife doesn't like having air blow on her because it dries out her eyes, so this fan is so helpful because I can have it point at me, but not hit her if I mount it in the right location. It pushes an incredible amount of air, and the battery is good enough to last almost (if not all the way) through the night. I really can't believe how happy I am with this fan. I highly highly highly recommend.

After searching for a battery powered corner doorway fan and only finding corded versions, I found this fan. It clips on to the trim on my doorframe and pull s the warm air from the living room into the rest of the house when we have a fire in the fireplace.As a bonus, when not I simply put it away and don't have to unscrew any thing from the doorframe or unplug anything.We've left this on all night and it was still running in the morning.

A great fan product which i use with a 20000mah powerbank which the fan charging socket area doesn't get hot when charging the fan up & whilst using it to which is great but i feel that the fan unit could be improved by putting the battery & switch section on the bottom of the fan which then you could have a compartment at the back of it like the ausein 5000mah mini clip on fan has which you can use to put some lightly soaked nice smelling water & essential oils on the round foam part where then once the fan is on the fan when sucking the air from the back of it & then blows it out forward to keep us cool it then blows out too the nice smelling scent of say lavender on what the sponge foam part was lightly soaked in which is great to have on a fan which yours don't but it would nice to put onto the next version of your portable a plus it would be great if you came up which a neck version of a fan which the battery powered compartment shouldn't be less than 5000mah as who wants a 2000mah to a 3600mah battery time which i have tried & are all pathetic in daily usage time as i like the neck fans to last about 6-8 hours at a time on full fan air blowing power as sometimes the less fan power settings just won't do in over 80 degrees heat which i have the blaux wearable neck fan which i brought 3 of at £72.50p each for me & my family in on thinking that they would be really powerful in on wind blowing power to keep us cool on in the hot times that the english weather can get to sometimes which i had brought them also as they look got around the neck too but to my disappointment the wind blowing power on them are rubbish & i feel so ripped off by the blaux company on how rubbish the wind blowing power on them really are which if you take the end caps off of them the wind blowing power does get better but not as much as the other fan powered neck fans that there is out there so if you can come up with a say 10000mah neck fan & with a cooling plate at the back of the neck too even though the back neck compartment may be a bit big but who worries about that when all you need is to cool down in some blistering hot weather which if the back of the neck area is a bit to big as of the 10000mah batteries that are in there then just make the fan at the back of it & on the aluminium neck cooling plate too to compensate for the extra size of it which i feel that everyone will be happy about too. Plus don't forget to do them in all different colours to like white, orange & pink too as the black ones i feel are ugly looking also black colour attracts heat which means the fan device can get hot on our necks too which other colours like white, orange, pink & even light blue will reflect the sun's heat rays away & off of them which will also keep out necks cool too & which won't also heat the units up so that they won't break down as easily as the black ones would do make us a high powered high quality neck fan if you can opolar fan people which my pride & joy cooling fan is my klarstein white almost quiet tall living room with a remote control too which to me is one of the best quiet tall fans out there so i do know about my fans. Also if you do get to read this email that i have sent to please kindly let me know that you have & on what you think about my ideas on improving your fans & on the portable neck fan suggestion that i hope that you can make for is all. I'm so glad I paid a bit more to get this personal fan. The clip is a bit too strong for my desk, but looks like it'd be good for a pram. It's quiet, efficient, and has four settings. The fourth is slightly mystifying as it switches speeds periodically and i can't figure out why that's a thing. Great personal fan though, so glad I bought it.

Fan is very quiet on low speed but still delivers plenty of air flow. first try after charging ran for16hrs with 50% battery used according to indicators on back of fan body. medium speed is still quiet enough for daytime use without being distracting but maybe to loud for some while sleeping. appears to be solid enough to last, free standing and well balanced will not fall over, and clamp is ok for where I want to use it. can be used while charging so that's a bonus for use in the camper van, charge when driving, on EHU on site or solar when wild camping.4 stars as only had it for a few days so far so good.

This fan is the best i have seen so far when it comes to 8 inch fans design and performance wise. Eye catching design, very low noise, strong wind current. Even at the lowest level i was impressed with the air current it was pushing towards me. Highly recommended.

So good I bought two. Silent pretty much and I use these while working online zoom calls and you can’t hear it. Battery live is ace and keeps cool on the lowest setting
