A reasonable product but all depends where you use it on your body I used it on outside of my arm and found the patch didn't always stay in place because of the constant movement of using my arm needs stronger adhesive for that application

A bit disappointed
Thought I'd give these a go as the price was a lot less than what I normally pay for heat patches.Unfortunately they only got slightly warm and heat was almost gone after 2 hours.Like they say.... you get what you pay for.

It does not stick plus, no heat, barley warm , very disappointed !

Comforting more than pain relieving
They don’t totally eliminate pain but they do feel nice. Don’t stick super well so they aren’t great for on the go. Ok for mild cramps though.

Doesn't stick
Pads warmed up but not sticky, I had to use tape to hold it in place on my back.
