First of all, the connection to the phone fits REALLY TIGHT. It made me very uneasy to plug it in. Especially, when some reviewers reported that they pulled the charging port from the phone trying to unplug it. I plugged it in and unplugged it very gingerly a few times and it seemed to loosen up a LITTLE. It still fits pretty snug. Not at all like the cord that came with the phone. Also, within two hours of receiving this cord, the casing came apart and fell off of the cord. That's probably why they send you two cords. I emailed the seller to give them a chance to fix the situation and NEVER received a response. Since I didn't get a response, I fixed the cord with some super glue and it works okay. However, I would stay away from this item and this seller. There are better cords out there.On top of everything else, the reviews are very misleading. When you first look at this item, you will notice that it gets 4 1/2 stars. THAT'S GREAT!!! But wait. As you read the reviews, you will notice that almost all of the 5 star reviews are from people that received free products or discounted products for good reviews. They say for their "honest" review, but that is not what is written.In all, the product does work, but the connection is still really snug and sometimes difficult to plug it in. When making a purchase, you shouldn't have to worry about it breaking right out of the package. And when it does, you should be able to expect some kind of response from the seller. Also the fact that all of the good reviews seem to be completely fabricated is absolutely shady. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.

Works well the original Samsung charger that came with my phones.I was looking for a cable that was longer than what came with the phone for when I'm traveling (why is it that hotels put the outlets so far away, or fill up the ones right by the bed?)...and this fit the bill. I couldn't tell any difference between this and the original with charge times - which was why I wanted it....but, the connector seems just a tough to larger for the phone. ...the OEM cord fit snug out of the box...but this one required me to "force" it into the phone...and then "tug" it out...the difference in size is indistinguishable to to the naked eye...but it's there none the less...as it was evident with both cords that came with the purchase - and on two different Samsung phones. The reason I dropped it from a 5 to a 4 is due to that - while I can't tell if the cable connector is somehow damaging my phone plug... ...something is giving...and after nearly a year of using the phone - you'd have thought it well worn - yet the cable is tight... This won't stop me from using the cables, as I've already purchased them and they do work well - but I'd be reluctant to recommend them to anyone for fear they might damage someone's phone...

I needed a longer cord for charging my Samsung Galaxy S5 as I like to have it on my night stand which was just a little farther from the outlet than the OEM cord would reach. This cord is longer and more flexible than the OEM cord that came with the phone. I like the flexibility as the original cord was quite stiff. I wondered if the phone would charge as quickly with this cord, and was happy to find that it does charge just as fast.The only negative is that the end is a little harder to insert into the phone. I've used it for several months now and I had hoped that it might get easier with use, but that has not happened. It seems not to be quite the exact dimensions. It does go in and works fine, just takes a little more push to get the plug into the phone.

The micro/mini USB plug is slightly too big for Samsung Galaxy S5 charging port. I had to slightly force the plug into the Galaxy S5's port each time I plugged it in, and pull on it with more force than the default charge required. This led to the the micro & mini USB plug breaking off inside of my phone on Jan 8, 2016. I ordered the two-pack on December 11, 2015, meaning that the first cable lasted roughly a month before the plug detached from the charging cable. The second one also requires a bit of extra force as well. If you buy this, be careful, as I'm sure I could've easily ruined my phone's port because of accidentally forcing the port up or down inside of the phone. Thankfully, the guts are a little flexible.Otherwise, the length of the cable is nice, and it facilitated my charger's charging well enough.

They're okay. I love the long length. At first it was difficult to plug into the phone but after a few times it got easier. After about a month of use the first cord of the pair broke. The plastic cover on the phone side of the cord split and the soldered connections broke and the plug became separate from the cord and it no longer worked. I'm being more careful with the 2nd one of the pack. To alleviate the issue I had with the plastic on the plug separating I wrapped some tape around the 2nd cord to try and prevent it from happening again. I'm not counting on the second one to work forever. I knew before hand that these weren't going to be the BEST quality based on the price, so with all this.... I'm not disappointed.

5 stars for customer service. One of the cables in the 2-pack was defective and the connector broke immediately. I figured it wasn't worth sending back for a refund for a $5 item so I tossed it and didn't think any of it. Got an email from Stalion customer rep to ensure I was satisfied with my recent order so I decided just to let them know what happened. The response I got was that the product has a lifetime warranty and they are happy to send out a replacement! I just got my replacement order and they actually sent two! The original working cable is great! Great price and great customer care!

These Stailons cell phone cords have worked and met my expectations 99%. They allow me enough move length while in bed. The 6ft cord allow more movability from foot to head of bed. Even when I take it out eith me, I have freedom to move around.Con: Really, not an issue yet. Just afraid it make break at the connector of the plug. I have had for a month now, and no issue as if yet. Even if does, I do have the spare/2nd cord that came with it 😊Definitely would recommend purchasing!
