Great knives
Love these knives. They wash beautifully in the dishwasher and take very little effort to cut with. They also match my silverware collection nicely.

Cuts steak. But wait, THERE'S MORE!
These knives cut my steak just like I'd expected they would, which is to say well. No surprises there. But imagine my shock when I accidentally used one to cut through a potato and it worked! I proceeded to try cutting other things: bread, chicken, an apple, cheese... the list quickly grew too long to fit on a single page.In short, I can't recommend these knives enough as a compliment to your Gorham Studio flatware set. But don't let the name fool you; these are FAR MORE than merely "steak" knives!
